10 Natural Anti wrinkle remedies


Wrinkles are a part of ageing. Although you cannot stop ageing, you can reduce the number of wrinkles on the skin or atleast delay the appearing of wrinkles on your skin by regularly using some natural products at home. Wrinkles can sometimes appear in younger people due to drying up of skin or some other skin problems. Here are some natural anti wrinkle treatments that can be followed at home to keep wrinkles at bay.

1.Egg Whites

Apply the egg albumin on your skin and leave it on for about 15 mins before you bath. It is known to make your skin soft and reduce the chance of wrinkles appearing on your skin.

2. Castor Oil

Apply castor oil and massage it on your body everyday before you bath (if you have oily skin) or before going to bed every night  ( if your skin is dry). This is known to replenish the oil supplies of the skin, the deprivation of which usually leads to wrinkles.

3. Pine apple

Pine apple  is known to contain an enzyme called papain which has anti ageing and thereby, anti wrinkle properties. Therefore eating pineapple or just rubbing it against your skin can help get rid of wrinkles. Rub the core of a pineapple over the face and leave it on for around 10 to 15 minutes before you wash it off. This is known to keep wrinkles at bay.

4. Sugarcane and turmeric

A paste of turmeric made with sugarcane juice is known to be a great way to control the appearance of wrinkles. It should be applied everyday and left on for about 15 to 20 mins before bathing for effective results.

5. Honey

Honey is known to possess excellent moisturising and anti oxidant properties which are useful in delaying ageing and removing wrinkles. Apply honey on your face for about 15 mins everyday and then wash it off. Repeat this everyday for atleast a couple of months for maximum effect.

6.Olive oil

Olive oil is known to be a good remedy for removing wrinkles and dryness of the skin. Massage olive oil onto your skin for about fifteen minutes everyday for a brighter, glowing and wrinkle less skin.

7.Regular Beauty Treatments

Treating your body regularly with facials , massages , manicures and pedicures can delay wrinkles and ageing of your skin.

8.Diet

A balanced diet which includes fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods, seeds, nuts and legumes can be beneficial in removing wrinkles. Also, make sure that you eat enough ghee especially if you have dry skin as it is known to help in replenishing the oil supplies of the skin.

9.Ginger and honey

A paste of ginger and honey when consumed every morning before you eat anything else is known to help to a great extent in removing wrinkles and delay ageing of the skin.

10.Coconut oil

Massaging your skin with coconut oil is known to have its benefits as an anti wrinkle therapy as it is a rich source of oil and nutrients that can benefit your skin in many ways.
